The Worthington Police Department completed all of the recent hiring and promotion processes Monday to fill the vacant department positions that have been left open within the past few months. Ned Euliss, an employee of the Rydell auto center in Grand Forks, holds a corn snake pulled from the SUV of Alyssa Kennelly.
