A help for health care

Members of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Free Clinic gathered at Worthington's Sterling Drug location Thursday to receive a $5,000 grant check from the Astrup Family Foundation. Astrup Drug, the parent of Sterling Drug, was founded in 1952, and the Astrup Family Foundation focuses its giving on preserving family values, a commitment to Christian faith, the value of education, supporting selected health care initiatives and building strong communities. Out Lady of Guadalupe Free Clinic meets the needs of uninsured southwest Minnesota residents, and operates about every two-to-three months at the office of Worthington Chiropractic Center.
