JACKSON -- The Jackson Bulls and the Wilmont Cardinals finished up the ninth inning of Game 1, which was postponed from Wednesday, of the Region 13C playoffs Friday night with Jackson pulling out a 5-0 victory.

The two teams immediately started up Game 2 of the best-of-three series after the finish of Game 1.

This time the Cardinals would get even, winning the second game of the night 3-2 over the Bulls.

Tom Albrecht, Heron Lake draftee, was the winning pitcher for the Cardinals, striking out 12 batters in Game 2.

Andy Wolf, Blaise Jacobsen and Marcus Schultz all had two hits a piece for Jackson.

The deciding Game 3 will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in Wilmont.
