Concert features Trio Matisse
WORTHINGTON — The second concert of the season for the Worthington Concert Association will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Auditorium Performing Arts Center.
Trio Matisse is a flute, cello and harp trio, which gets its inspiration from the bright and expressive colors found in French painter Henri Matisse’s works. Based in Minneapolis, the members of Trio Matisse have performed throughout North America, Europe and parts of Asia. The group’s musical selections range from Debussy to Appalachian folk music to popular tunes.
Admission is by season membership only.
