WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 10:41 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Armour Road and Minnesota 60. A semi rear-ended a pickup.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:09 p.m. to The Atrium for a woman experiencing difficulty breathing.

Police

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a domestic incident reported at 7:43 p.m. Wednesday from the 1000 block of East Ninth Avenue. An individual was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

ROUND LAKE — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a theft of prescription pain pills reported at 9:23 a.m. Thursday from the 300 block of Rohrer Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report of a scam at 3:25 p.m. Thursday from the 31200 block of 290th Street.

Birth

Kerrona Petersen and Jose Maestas, Ocheyedan, Iowa, are the parents of a girl, Madelynn Leslie Maestas-Petersen, born Aug. 20 at Sanford Worthington Medical Center. Grandparents are Shauna Carroll and Jeff Carroll, Sibley, Iowa, and Donna Candelaria and Jose Maestas, Denver, Colo. Great-grandparents are Tom and Mavis Hoffman, Ocheyedan, Charlotte Candelaria and Grace Maestas, both of Denver, Colo., and Kathy and Jerry Sackett, Worthington.
