WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident reported at 11:22 p.m. Monday from the intersection of Oxford Street and U.S. 59.

MOUNTAIN LAKE — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a two-vehicle accident reported at 8:42 a.m. Tuesday on Minnesota 60 near milepost 55. A 2007 Chevy Trailblazer operated by Jerald J. Fox, 69, of Dell Rapids, S.D., was traveling eastbound, and a 2002 International 9100 Series semi operated by Larry W. Kronback, 62, of Lamberton, was also traveling eastbound when they collided. Fox had no apparent injuries, while his passenger, Mary L. Fox, 71, of Dell Rapids, S.D., had a non-life-threatening injury. Kronback was uninjured. The Mountain Lake Police Department and the Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene, and Mountain Lake Fire and Ambulance assisted with patient care.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:36 a.m. Tuesday to 1440 Burlington Ave. for a male who had fallen.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday to Southwestern Mental Health Center for an adult male experiencing chest pains.

RUSHMORE — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a theft of tractor batteries reported at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday from the 32200 block of Erickson Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a theft reported at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday from the 2000 block of Nobles Street.
