Accidents

JACKSON -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle rollover accident at 3:45 p.m. Friday on Interstate 90 west of Jackson. Wolfgang Loew, 68, of Neutraubling, Germany, was driving a 2005 Dodge Ram, pulling a trailer. Wind caused the trailer to fishtail and slide off the roadway. Loew and two of the four passengers in the vehicle, Elizabeth Loew, 42, and Nicholas A. Loew, 7, both of Racine Wis., were treated for non-life-threatening injuries at Jackson Sanford Hospital. The vehicle was a total loss.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident at 11:40 a.m. Saturday at Oxford Street and Diagonal Road.

LUVERNE -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a two-vehicle, rear-end accident at 1:08 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 90 in Rock County. Grant M. Thompson, 26, of Sioux Falls, S.D., was driving a 2002 Ford F250. Dominic M. Barbaruolo, 20, of Hartford, S.D., was driving a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. Barbaruolo and a passenger in his vehicle, Michael J. Barbaruolo of Sioux Falls, were taken to Sanford Luverne Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The Ford sustained moderate damage; the Pontiac, severe damage.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 10:05 p.m. Friday to 1017 Milton Ave. to assist a male possibly suffering from dehydration.

READING -- The Reading First Responders and Worthington Ambulance were dispatched at 2:09 a.m. Saturday to 19674 McCall Ave. to assist a male who was extremely confused.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 3:49 p.m. Saturday to Golden Horizons, 1790 College Way, to assist a woman experiencing severe abdominal pain.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 11:45 p.m. Saturday to Humiston Avenue and Clary Street to assist a male who had been assaulted.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 11:42 a.m. Sunday to 1014 E. Ninth Ave. to assist an unresponsive female.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for permit violations and suspended objects at 6:36 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of 12th Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a domestic situation reported at 6:45 p.m. Friday at the Law Enforcement Center.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for a railroad crossing violation at 6:51 p.m. Friday at 12th Street and Sherwood Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for driving after suspension at 10:31 a.m. Saturday on Ryan's Road.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for no Minnesota driver's license at 7:17 p.m. Saturday at 16th Street and First Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated mail tampering reported at 8:45 p.m. Saturday from the 700 block of Grand Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult female for disorderly conduct and theft at 9:11 p.m. Saturday at Second Avenue and 11th Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a male for underage possession of alcohol and underage consumption at 11:05 p.m. Saturday at Oxford Street and Marine Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for an instruction permit violation at 5:54 a.m. Sunday on Ryan's Road.

ELLSWORTH -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated property damage reported at 1:28 p.m. Sunday from the 300 block of South Walnut Street.

Births

Marina Peralta and Pablo Aguilar, Worthington, are the parents of a boy, Kendrik Andre, born May 18. Grandparents are Melissa Bradfield and Jose Peralta, Worthington, Kelly Snelling, Westbrook, and Pablo Aguilar, California. Great-grandparents are Lynn and Deborah Herrick, Worthington. Great-great-grandmother is Beverly Davis, Magnolia.
