BREWSTER — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated an accident in which a truck tipped over onto a motor vehicle reported at 4:26 p.m. Monday from Minnesota 60 near mile marker 17. A 2014 Freightliner operated by Collin D. Powell, 25, of San Tan Valley, Ariz., was traveling westbound when high winds blew the semi onto a 2001 Honda CR-V operated by Armando A. Nava, 41, of Worthington. Mava was transported by Worthington Ambulance to Sanford Worthington Medical Center. Assisting at the scene were the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, Brewster Fire Department and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.

WORTHINGTON — The Nobles County Center investigated an accident reported at 5:58 p.m. Monday from the Prairie Justice Center parking lot.

WORTHINGTON — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office a semi that had tipped over reported at 5;11 p.m. Monday from the Blue Line Cafe parking lot.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 7:31 a.m. Tuesday from the intersection of Oxford Street and Omaha Avenue. The Sanford Ambulance was dispatched to the scene.

WORTHINGTON — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a motorcycle-vs.-deer accident reported at 4:52 pm. Tuesday on Minnesota 60 near milepost 6. A 2008 Harley Davidson operated by Frank L. Sherf, 56, of Cohasset was involved. Scherf had a non- life-threatening injury.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:31 p.m. Monday to Golden Horizons to transport a female experiencing breathing difficulties.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an alleged assault reported at 2:51 a.m. Tuesday from the intersection of Eighth Avenue and 13th Street. It was a verbal argument, and the parties agreed to separate for the night.

RUSHMORE — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated the theft of a sump pump reported at 6:09 a.m. Tuesday from the 300 block of Second Street.

BREWSTER — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a possible mail scam at 1:01 p.m. Tuesday from the 36400 block of 200th Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report of shoplifting at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday from Fareway Foods.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated the theft of a weed whacker reported at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday from the 700 block of Moon Circle.
