WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 12:26 p.m. Wednesday in the parking lot of the Fulda Area Credit Union, 1127 Ryan’s Road.

GEORGE, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office investigated an accident at 8:35 a.m. Wednesday at Wilheim Street and East Michigan Avenue. Wanda Bechler, 59, of George, was driving a 2003 Chevrolet Venture van. Carol Labadie, 69, of George, was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Captiva. Bechler’s vehicle sustained approximately $3,500 in damages, and Labadie’s vehicle sustained an estimated $6,000 in damages. No injuries were reported.

RUSHMORE — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a rollover accident at 9:52 a.m. Wednesday in the westbound lane of Interstate 90 at mile marker 31. Norman E. Engelson, 71, of Rushmore, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado. He and a passenger, Mary J. Engelson, 76, were transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The Silverado sustained moderate damage.

ELLSWORTH — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated an accident at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday at Seventh Avenue and North Chestnut Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 2:57 a.m. and 6:21 a.m. Wednesday to 111 W. Okabena St. to assist an adult male having an insulin reaction.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an adult male for no Minnesota driver’s license and a cracked windshield at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday at Oxford Street and Rowe Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for a school bus arm violation that occurred at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson Avenue and College Way.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult male for giving a false name to a peace officer, no insurance and driving after revocation at 7:39 p.m. Tuesday at Oxford Street and Omaha Avenue.

BIGELOW — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a possible scam reported at 8:24 p.m. Tuesday from the 1700 block of Broadway Street.
