GEORGE, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Joseph Albert, 35, of Le Mars, Iowa, after it responded Saturday to a report of a sexual assault. Albert was charged with third-degree sexual assault, a Class C felony, and was held in Lyon County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a domestic incident reported at 5:41 p.m. Monday from the 900 block of McMillan Street. The Worthington Ambulance was also dispatched to the scene.
ELLSWORTH — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office received a report at 9:24 a.m. Tuesday about damage to screens at the school.
