ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office responded to a one-vehicle crash at approximately 1 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Hickory Avenue and K-52. Louis J. Reuvers, Rock Rapids, was driving a 2000 Chevy Metro when he fell asleep, entered a ditch and struck a field driveway. No injuries were reported. Reuvers’ vehicle sustained approximately $2,500 in damage.
