WORTHINGTON — Tickets remain available through Friday for the Historic Dayton House’s historic marker dedication and picnic.

The event is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Monday at the Historic Dayton House, 1311 Fourth Ave., Worthington and will include a picnic-themed meal, as well as a brief dedication ceremony for the recently installed historic marker sign on the property’s lawn.

The Historic Dayton House, built in 1890 by renowned architect Wallace Dow and restored from 2002-04, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Tickets may be reserved by calling 507-727-1311, or may be purchased at Schafer’s Health Center, 207 Tenth St., Worthington.
