Courtney Owen Wade and Brent Alan Heeringa were married June 21 at the Wheatleigh Hotel, Lenox, Mass., with Daniel Aalberts officiating.
Parents of the couple are George and Ruth Wade, Amherst, Mass., and Randall and Charlene Heeringa, Worthington.
Maid of honor was Alison Wade. Bridesmaids were Jennifer Wade, Amy Geiger and Christine Witmann.
Best man was Stephen Freund. Groomsmen were Jason Kohler, Brad Farwell and Matt Geiger.
The reception was at the Wheatleigh Hotel, Lenox.
The bride is a 1993 graduate of Amherst High School. She has a bachelor's degree from Yale University, a master's degree in public administration from New York University and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts. She is employed as a software engineer at Course Advisor Inc., Wakefield, Mass.
Heeringa is a 1995 graduate of Worthington High School. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota, Morris, and a doctorate in computer science from UMass. He is an assistant professor of computer science at Williams College, Williamstown, Mass.
Following a trip to Hawaii, they live in Williamstown.
