Alexa Rae Rasche and Anthony Donald Johnson were married Aug. 25 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Heron Lake, with the Rev. Russell Scepaniak officiating.
Parents of the couple are Brian and Carmen Johnson, Brewster, Steve and Jeanie Rasche and Gina Rasche and Gregg Bunting, all of Heron Lake.
Matron of honor was Brittany Rogers. Bridesmaids were Michaela Rasche, Madison Rasche, Jennifer Sather and Katy Johnson. Junior bridesmaids were Claire Rasche and Emma Rasche. Flower girl was Hannah Post. Personal attendant was Michele Sellner.
Best man was Timothy Sather. Groomsmen were Andrew Naumann, Nick Wells, Tyler Rogers, Tony Hurias. Junior groomsmen were Dillon Hakeneis and Dustin Hakeneis. Ring bearer was Carter Poppema. Ushers were Mike Reimers, Dillon Carlson and Robert Weaver.
Music was provided by Melynda Tracy, organist; Anna Tims, violinist; and Alaina Cranston, soloist.
The reception and dance were at the Heron Lake Community Center with Denny and Mary Beth Sullivan and Mike and Chris Weaver hosting. Lindsay Sullivan attended the guest book. Cake cutters were Hannah Sellner and Haley Sellner. Carrissa Haberman and Kirsten DeWall served punch.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Southwest Star Concept School, Okabena. She graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She is employed as the account clerk in the business office at Minnesota West Community and Technical College, Worthington campus.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Round Lake-Brewster High School, Brewster. He graduated from Minnesota West Community and Technical College and the heavy equipment operator program at Associated Training Services. He is currently employed by the City of Worthington street department and is also the owner of Stones Throw Concrete Raising and Repair.
They live in Worthington.
