WILLMAR -- Brok Junkermeier, the Willmar teen charged with killing an elderly woman last summer, changed his plea to guilty at his murder trial this afternoon in Kandiyohi County District Court.

Junkermeier, 19, is currently on the stand undergoing questioning by the judge and prosecutors.

His sentencing is scheduled for April 9.

Junkermeier and Robert Warwick, 18, were indicted on first-degree murder charges in September in the killing of Warwick’s grandmother, Lila Warwick, 79, in July at her residence on the east edge of Willmar.
