Jimenez, 22, was arrested last week after the task force executed a search warrant at his residence on North Spring Avenue. He is charged in Nobles County District Court with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

The criminal complaint states Jimenez answered the door when agents knocked. He was immediately handcuffed and told he was being detained.

"OK, you guys got me," he allegedly stated, then claimed he had "just a little" in his pocket.

"I knew you guys were coming, 'cause it's not exactly a legitimate business, sir," he allegedly added.

An agent found 26.7 grams of marijuana in his pants pocket, and a bag containing another 110 grams on a chair near the kitchen table. Also seized in the search was a glass pipe with residue, a digital scale, a marijuana grinder and several marijuana cigarette butts known as roaches.

At the jail, Jimenez allegedly admitted the marijuana was his.

"You guys got me - good job," he reported said to an agent. "I did the crime."

He then asked to speak to an attorney.

He was released from jail on his own recognizance, and is scheduled to make his next court appearance Feb. 17.
