Man gets 10 years for sex crimes
Dickinson's Jeffrey Allen Kjos, 40, was sentenced to 10 years with the North Dakota Department of Correction on Monday for charges involving sexually related acts with children.
Kjos pleaded guilty to all five charges he faced in July, but during Monday's hearing, Kjos's attorney Josh Rustad said Kjos plans to withdraw his guilty plea at a later date.
