SIBLEY, Iowa — According to an Osceola County Attorney’s office press release, an Ocheyedan man has been sentenced to prison for a term not to exceed 15 years.
Osceola County Attorney Robert Hansen reported that on Sept. 5, 40-year old Troy Harrs was sentenced in Osceola County District Court for the crimes of kidnapping in the third degree (a class C felony) and domestic abuse, third or subsequent offense (a class D felony). The court ordered that the sentences be imposed consecutively.
