Medicare help offered Oct. 17
WORTHINGTON — The Medicare annual open enrollment period is Oct. 15 through Dec. 7. Anyone who wishes to change Medicare Part E or Medicare Advantage coverage must do so during that time period. Coverage will begin Jan. 1, 2014.
For plan comparisons, trained Senior LinkAge Line counselors will be available by appointment from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 17 at the Nobles County Library, 407 12th St. Call the Senior LinkAge Line, 1-800-333-2433, to make an appointment.
