MIRC to offer training in e-commerce

WORTHINGTON -- The Minnesota Intelligent Rural Communities project has announced dates for local seminars to assist businesses in developing and working with e-commerce.

Meeting locations are the Minnesota West Community and Technical College campus in Worthington and Jackson, and the computer lab at the Business, Arts and Recreation Center in Windom.

Intro to doing business on the Internet will be from noon to 1 p.m. today in Worthington; at noon on Feb. 22 in Windom, and at 6 p.m., Feb. 22, in Jackson.

Intro to e-commerce will be offered from 6 to 9 p.m. March 8 in Worthington, from 5 to 8 p.m. March 9 in Jackson, and from 6 to 9 p.m. March 10 in Windom.

The online marketing session will be from 6 to 9 p.m. March 24 in Worthington, from 6 to 9 p.m. March 28 in Windom; and from 5 to 8 p.m. March 31 in Jackson.
