WILMONT -- Jenna Slater, daughter of Kent and Coreen Slater of rural Rushmore, was named the 2010 Rock-Nobles Cattlemen's Association Beef Ambassador earlier this week at the association's annual banquet in Luverne.

Slater, 15, is a freshman at Adrian High School, where she is active in volleyball, basketball and choir.
