MINNEAPOLIS -- The Worthington Stingrays competed in the state swim meet Sunday at the University of Minnesota, finishing 11th in the team standings, including a first-place finish in the teams standings for the 14 and Under men's division.

Oliver Wolyniec led the way with first-place finishes in the Men's 14 and Under 50-yard freestyle (25.77 seconds) and the Men 14 and Under 100 breaststroke (1 minute, 16.17 seconds) and a second-place finish in the Men 18 and Under 200 breaststroke (2:45.20).

Cameron Jenson finished in third place in both the Men 14 and Under 500 free (6:31.62) and the Men 14 and Under 100 free (1:02.37), while Matt Sorenson finished second in the Men 18 and Under 100 free (57.71).

Wolyniec, Jenson, Levi Blanchard and Bryan Doeden teamed up to win the Men 14 and Under 200 free relay (1:53.92) and the Men 14 and Under 200 medley (2:12.15).

Thirteen Stingrays will head to the regional meet at the University of Minnesota March 31 and April 1.
