Amy Timmer and J.J. VonHoltum were married June 8, 2013, at the Christian Reformed Church, Luverne, with the Rev. Roger Sparks officiating.
Parents of the couple are Darwin and Darla Timmer, Ellsworth, and Jim and Lori VonHoltum, Lismore.
Maids of honor were Laura Timmer, Leah Timmer and Emily Timmer. Bridesmaids were Holly Sammons, Megan Tilbury and Janice Bullerman. Personal attendants were Shanelle Henning and Megan Midtaune
Best man was Lee Henning. Groomsmen were Tom Slater, Andrew Kremer, Joey Bullerman, Cody Neyens and Adam VonHoltum. Ushers were Brandon Croat, Lynsey Croat, Justin Reiter and Grant Hurley.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Ellsworth High School, 2009 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, and 2011 graduate of Southwest Minnesota State University with a master’s degree. She is employed as a third-grade teacher at Edgerton Public School.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Adrian High School. He attended Minnesota West Community and Technical College and the Worldwide College of Auctioneering. He is employed in farming and auctioneering.
They live in Luverne.
