WESTBROOK -- The 2013 edition of Westbrook Fun Days will include everything from Cold Stone Creamery ice cream to Saturday evening fireworks.

A performance by the drumline ensemble Sheltered Reality will be featured at 2 p.m. Saturday, while the whole festival begins today with a community barbecue feed sponsored by Sanford Hospital.

The schedule of events is as follows:

Today

5 to 6:30 p.m., community barbecue, Sanford Hospital; 7 p.m., Evening of Praise (serving pie), Westbrook Community Center.

Friday

10:30 a.m., Heritage Healthcare Foundation Golf Scramble, Rolling Hills Golf Course; 7 p.m., Miss Westbrook Scholarship program, Westbrook-Walnut Grove High School Auditorium; 9 p.m., street dance with music by Hick Town Mafia, Loose Moose.

Saturday

7:15 a.m., register for 5K Fun Run/Walk; 8 a.m., City Wide Rummage Sale, Everything is $6, Senior Center; 9 a.m., Crazy Daze on Main Street, sand volleyball Tournament, park; 10:30 a.m., Summer Olympics and FFA Whopper Feed, park; 11 a.m., Westbrook Heritage House Museum open; Noon, pedal tractor pull and inflatables, park; 12:30 p.m., bingo for all ages, park; 1 p.m., Zoo Express, park; 2 p.m., Sheltered Reality, park; 4 p.m., parade; 5 p.m., pulled pork sandwich/meal and adult bean bag tournament, park; 7:30 p.m., movie night showing of "BEE," high school auditorium; 8 p.m., Mike B Entertainment, park; dusk, fireworks.

There will also be open swimming at the Westbrook pool from noon to 3:30 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m.

Sunday

9 a.m., Dad's Belgian Waffles, Community Center; 10 a.m., community church service; 1:30 p.m., bingo for all ages and raffle drawing, park.

Food and drink available during the weekend: Goltz Food Wagon (Saturday and Sunday), selling funnel cakes, corn dogs and foot-long hot dogs; Cold Stone Creamery Ice Cream; Trinity youths will offer walking tacos and beverages; beer garden (Saturday and Sunday).
