Many attractions will be available this year once again.

“We have mini-golf, giant Jenga, inflatables, and those inflatable hamster balls,” said Westbrook City Clerk Katie Steen.

The highlight of the festival will be the “Keeping Up the Kourage, Kate Gives Back” event, in which three well-known musicians will take the stage: Kevin Chalfant from Journey, Randall Hall from Lynyrd Skynyrd and Alex Ligertwood from Santana.

“There was a girl by the name of Kate Jorgenson involved in a farming accident last June, which led to (the) amputation of her arm,” explained Steen. “So last fall we had a benefit called ‘Kate’s Kourage,’ and then some people contacted her saying they wanted to do a benefit concert for her. Since we had already done a benefit for Kate, they decided to do a benefit concert that will go toward the community and all of the things Kate loves about it,” she said. “There are still general admission tickets available as well.”

A golf tournament will be at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, and any golfers who want to participateare encouraged to call the course, (507) 274-5166.
