Obituary: Arlene Carlson

Arlene Wanda Carlson, 92, of Balaton, formerly of Marshall, died Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Colonial Manor Nursing Home, Balaton.

Surviving are eight children, Lowell (Anita) Carlson, Worthington, Sharon Trigg, Wyoming, Carol (Wayne) VanLerberghe, Marshall, Marilyn (Jerry) King, Staples, Jeanine (Doug) Robbins, Marshall, Diane (Keith) Deblieck, Marshall, Linda (Gary) Bednerek, Amiret, and Ron (Julie) Carlson, Sioux Falls, S.D.; 25 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Hamilton Funeral Home, Marshall.

The service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, Marshall. Burial will be in Lake Sarah Baptist Cemetery.
