Brief: Jackson County 4-H Deadlines Near

JACKSON — Jackson County 4-H families are reminded about several Thursday deadlines:

• 4-H members need to be enrolled/re-enrolled by this date.

• 4-H members have until this date to add or drop projects. Use the add/drop form received at club meetings.

• 4-H members have until this date to identify livestock projects including beef, dairy, dog, goat, horse, llama, rabbit, sheep and swine. All regular 4-Hers, not Cloverbuds, must have goats and sheep identified by staff. Contact the Extension Office to set up a farm visit time by Thursday.

Fair registration forms will be mailed to all members the week of May 19. The Jackson County Fair premium book will be posted online and available at the Extension Office. Fair registration forms are due June 15.
