Generals down Hawks, 16-0

HARTLEY, Iowa — With an offensive explosion Friday night, the Sibley-Ocheyedan baseball team defeated Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn 16-0 in four innings.

Matt Juber earned the victory, allowing six hits while striking out two in four innings.

Offensively, Craig Jacobsma had three hits, including a double and a triple, and drove in six runs in the game.

Nick Pedley had two hits and scored a pair of runs, while Craig Hertz had a solo home run for the Generals (3-4, 3-7).

S-O will host Boyden Hull/Rock Valley Monday.
