Viola Evelyn Hanson, 98, of Slayton, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at the Golden Living Center, Slayton.
Surviving are two children, Robert (Jane) Hanson, Hudson, Wis., and Karen (Mike) Sawatzky, Slayton; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Totzke Funeral Home, Slayton, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Sillerud Lutheran Church, rural Balaton.
The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Sillerud Lutheran Church, rural Balaton. Burial will be in Sillerud Lutheran Cemetery, rural Balaton.
