Brief: Concert, home tour part of Art Rocks

LUVERNE — The second annual Art Rocks event will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 13 on Main Street in downtown Luverne.

The juried fine arts show will include more than 35 artists from throughout the Midwest. Musical entertainment and food vendors will be provided throughout the day.

New this year, the Luverne Area Community Foundation will host the Historic Homes Tour from 1 to 5 p.m. Sept. 13.

On Sept. 12, Michael Martin Murphey will be in Luverne to perform on stage at the Historic Palace Theatre. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the concert to begin at 7:30 p.m.
