LUVERNE — The Jasper Blowhards will be the featured performers during a band concert in the Luverne City Park at 7 p.m. Sunday.

Band members hail from Jasper, Kenneth, Luverne, Pipestone and the South Dakota communities of Renner, Garretson and Sioux Falls.
