FAIRMONT — With 113 games won, the Luverne girls’ tennis team won the Dunham Doubles Classic Friday.

“The girls played hard today,” Worthington head coach Mike Marquardt said. “It was tough competition, but it was good to get out and compete.”
In the first flight, Luverne’s Autumn Wenzel and Hilary Deragisch won 24 games on the day to finish second, while Luverne’s Krista Van Dyk and Paige Pierce won 23 games to finish third.
In the second flight, Maleeka Sandager and Hannah Baartman finished first with 23 victories, while Missy Olson and Liz Solma finished third with 13 games won.
In the third flight, Amanda Niessink and Cathryn Hartz won the flight with 17 victories, while Kelby Robinson and Erica Marshall were second.
“We have never won this tournament before,” Luverne head coach Greg Antoine said. “We were aggressive on the net today and it paid off.”
Worthington travels to St. James Tuesday.
