Brief: County foundation earns state award
The community Foundation of Osceola County, an organization formed to promote community-based philanthropy in the county, recently received a $131,604 state award.
SIBLEY, Iowa — The community Foundation of Osceola County, an organization formed to promote community-based philanthropy in the county, recently received a $131,604 state award from the Iowa General Assembly. These funds will be used to facilitate endowment building and grant making in the county.
Grant applications are being accepted from Sept. 22 through Nov. 14.
