CLONTARF — A 30-year-old Level-3 sex offender wanted on criminal sexual conduct charges was taken into custody around 11 p.m. Monday by law enforcement officials in Swift County.

According to a news release from Sheriff Scott Mattison, Bryan Patrick Six had escaped from custody in Rochester. Area law was informed around 8:30 p.m. that he was likely driving to western Minnesota.

The Swift County Sheriff used surveillance of a Clontarf home to locate Six and pursued him into Tara Township, where he surrendered after a chase that reached speeds over 100 miles per hour. A 23-year-old woman in his vehicle is also being held in the Meeker County jail. She was arrested on charges of aiding and abetting a fugitive.
