REDWOOD FALLS — Worthington’s volleyball team secured a tie for second place in the Southwest Conference on Tuesday with a 25-12, 25-15, 25-23 sweep over Redwood Valley.
Holli Aggen had 14 kills, eight digs and three blocks to lead the Trojans (21-3, 4-2), who recorded their 14th win and 12th sweep in their past 15 matches.
Anneli Dudley went 12-for-12 serving with an ace, and she added 21 set assists, 14 digs and two blocks.
Kristen Dierks had seven digs and went 19-for-19 serving with an ace, and Tiffany Harberts went 8-for-8 serving and added two kills and two blocks.
Martha Alwal had nine kills and two blocks, and Carrie Timmerman had seven digs and went 11-for-12 serving with two aces.
Worthington, which finished in a three-way tie with Windom and Jackson County Central behind Marshall, will host Southwest Star Concept Thursday in the season finale for both teams.
Windom 3, Luverne 1
LUVERNE — With three of the four games needing extra points, the Windom Eagles defeated the Luverne Cardinals in a Southwest Conference volleyball match.
Game scores were 26-28, 26-24, 25-13, 26-24.
Windom’s Courtney Ysker had 15 kills, while Megan Ysker had 14 kills and 19 set assists.
Morgan Borsgard added 19 set assists and Abby Lund had nine digs for the Eagles (26-3, 4-2).
Kat Dahl had 11 digs, eight kills and six ace serves to lead the Cardinals (12-9, 1-4).
Sundra Xaphakdy had 14 digs and four kills, while Paige Olson had 22 set assists and three ace serves.
Calli Sawtelle had five solo blocks, while Erika Rust had three solo blocks and four kills. Katlyn Sawtelle had three ace serves.
Windom will host Fulda Thursday.

PIPESTONE — Rachel Tinklenberg had 10 kills and seven blocks to lead Pipestone Area to a sweep against Tracy-Milroy-Balaton Tuesday night in a non-conference volleyball match.
Megan VanderPoel added 10 kills for the Arrows (12-12), who won 25-21, 25-16, 25-17.
Brooke Woelber had five blocks and was 9-for-10 serving with two aces.
Brooke Henderson had nine digs, while Emily Aaland added six.
Amber Haupert (11-for-13 serving, three aces) and Jeena Lentz each had 16 set assists for the Arrows.

FULDA — Amy Paulzine had three blocks and was 11-for-11 serving with eight points and an ace to lead the Fulda Raiders past the Mountain Lake/Butterfield-Odin Wolverines in a Red Rock Conference match.
Michelle Goedtke had nine set assists to lead the Raiders (8-16-1, 7-4) to a 25-9, 25-10, 25-8 victory.
Mari Holinka had five ace blocks and five kills, while Sheyenne Wildfeuer had four kills.
Courtney Hulstein had three ace blocks, four kills and was 15-for-17 serving with 14 points and three aces.
Chrissy Wieskus had six digs, while Brittany Hulstein had five digs and was a perfect 16-for-16 serving with two aces.
For ML/B-O (4-7 conference), Brianna Radloff had two ace serves, and was 12-for-14 passing. Kara Thiessen was 14-for-15 passing, while Brittany Wenner had six kills.
Fulda will travel to Windom Thursday in its regular-season finale.

ROUND LAKE — Roshay Reimers had a career-high 25 set assists to lead Round Lake-Brewster to a sweep (25-20, 31-29, 25-22) against Edgerton in a Red Rock Conference match.
Karen Schmitz had 11 kills and three blocks, while Breanna Spartz had nine kills, three blocks and was 7-for-10 serving with two aces.
Chelsea Meyer had seven kills, 14 digs and was 6-for-10 serving with one ace.
Kim Wiese added seven kills and nine digs, while Mara Eichenberger had 11 digs.
Ceilia Schmitz had 12 digs and was 19-for-20 serving with one ace.
RL-B will face Red Rock Central in the first round of the Section 3A playoffs Monday in Luverne, while Edgerton will face Adrian the same night.

ADRIAN — Brianna Spronk had 11 blocks to lead Southwest Christian (11-0 conference) to a victory against Adrian, and the Red Rock Conference volleyball title.
Angie Vermeer had seven kills for SWC, which won 21-25, 25-14, 25-16, 30-28.
Kara Van Dyke had five kills, while Kayla Broekhuis had 30 set assists and six ace serves for the Eagles.
For Adrian (10-13, 6-5) Karli Meyer had three ace serves, while Karlee Jackson and Kourtney Kramer each had two ace serves.
Kramer added five kills, while Meyer had four and Katy Slater had three kills.
Ashley Thier had 24 set assists for the Dragons, who will face Edgerton Monday in the first round of the Section 3A volleyball tournament.
Ellsworth 3, H-BC 2
ELLSWORTH — After losing the first two games Tuesday night, the Ellsworth Panthers fought back with three consecutive victories to claim a five-game conference win.
Game scores were 17-25, 20-25, 25-19, 25-12, 15-11.
Darian Herman led the Panthers (4-19, 3-8) with nine kills and three blocks, while Brooke Kix had seven kills and 14 digs.
Molly Kramer had 14 set assists, and was also 27-for-30 serving with eight aces, while Andrea DeBoer had 16 set assists and was 17-for-19 serving with five aces. Courtney Dreesen had 23 digs.
For Hills-Beaver Creek, Brooke Tilstra had 27 digs and was 17-for-18 serving. Kelsey McGuire was 15-for-16 serving, while Meagan Stueven had six kills and Natalie Stueven added five.
Jessy Bos had 21 set assists for the Patriots, who will face Fulda Monday.

Taylor Elzenga had 18 kills, 23 digs and was 20-for-21 serving with four aces for the Chargers (15-13-2).
Audra Schmidt had 12 kills and two blocks, while Frankie Jensen had six blocks.
Chanel Madson was a perfect 21-for-21 serving with an ace, while Sara Jarmer had 44 set assists and Kristie Hoffman had 19 digs.
For RRC (10-10, 6-5), Abby Halter had 12 kills, two ace blocks and 17 digs to lead the Falcons.

Rebecca Hibma had six kills and two blocks, and Jena Peters had seven kills and two blocks. The two middle blockers went a combined 23-for-23 on attacks for the Wolves.
Deni Peters had a team-high eight kills, and Jodi Hibma had 12 set assists.
Jenna VanIperan added five digs and went 12-for-13 serving with three aces to lead H-LP (22-5, 9-1), which finished alone in second place in the Cornbelt Conference.

Jessica Ackerman had 12 kills, seven digs and six solo blocks, and Danelle Miedema had a team-high 19 digs to lead the Generals.
