Brief: $6K raised for area hospices

WESTBROOK — An annual ladies golf tournament at Rolling Hills Golf Course of Westbrook drew 136 players and raised $6,000 for local cancer hospices.

Receiving $1,500 each are the Sioux Valley Hospice of Windom, Sunset Hospice Cottage of Worthington, Murray County Hospice of Slayton and Prairie Home Hospice of Marshall.
