State and local officials from Minnesota and Iowa will mark the completion of a new four-lane Minnesota 60 connection with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
BIGELOW — State and local officials from Minnesota and Iowa will mark the completion of a new four-lane Minnesota 60 connection with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Bigelow Community Center and Fire Hall, 1537 Broadway St.
The new highway is expected to open to traffic prior to Oct. 31.
