MOORHEAD - Three men are being held at the Clay County Jail after admitting to trashing a Moorhead hotel room overnight.

Police responded to the Grand Inn at 4:43 a.m. to investigate a reported fight.

When authorities arrived, they found three men - all from Canada - who were intoxicated and arguing. Police also noticed substantial damage to the interior of the hotel room.

The damage was not a consequence of the verbal argument, however, according to a police news release.

Officers arrested Cole Frederick Francis John Lemesuier, 25, on suspicion of felony criminal damage to property; Nathan Ryan Brand, 26, on suspicion of felony criminal damage to property; and Bradley David Black, 26, for a local warrant of failing to appear on charges of procuring liquor for minors and gross misdemeanor disorderly house/ disturbing the peace.

All three will remain in jail pending formal charges and a court appearance.
