Chapa-Bechler

Amy Bechler and Travis Chapa were married Aug. 16 at Zion Presbyterian Church, Ellsworth, with the Rev. Deb Klaassen officiating.

Parents of the couple are Robert Bechler, George, Iowa, Deb Scoggins, Luverne, and Brian and Kathy Chapa, Ellsworth.

Maid of honor was Amy Tiesler. Bridesmaids were Jessica Borns, Mya Mann, Julie Bechler and Chessa Ossefort.

Junior bridesmaid was Emily Chapa. Flower girl was Jaycee Chapa. Personal attendant was Aloyse Heikes.

Best man was Tyler Chapa. Groomsmen were Jon Klaassen, Aaron Vander Stoep, Randy Bechler and Jason Bechler.

Ushers were Wayne Jansma and Robert Pitchke.

Music was provided by Lorraine Sandbulte, organist; and Jennifer Broomfield, vocalist.

The reception was at the Eagles Club, Luverne.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Ellsworth High School. She is currently a student in the cosmetology program at Minnesota West Community and Technical College and is employed at Subway, Pipestone.

The groom is a 2007 graduate of Ellsworth High School. He is currently a student at South Dakota State University, Brookings, pursuing a degree in construction management. He is employed by Jack-of-Trade Construction, Pipestone.

They live in Pipestone.
