Letter: Is Obama unfairly trying to block ads?
The Obama campaign is demanding the Justice Department bring criminal charges against certain television and radio stations that accept and use certain negative ads against Senator Obama.By: R.G. Dieter, Brewster, Worthington Daily Globe

The Obama campaign is demanding the Justice Department bring criminal charges against certain television and radio stations that accept and use certain negative ads against Senator Obama.
He wants their licenses to be revoked and huge fines against them. These actions should cause every American to ask if Obama can be trusted with the powers of the Justice Department and the Federal Communications Commission.
This is an infringement on the First Amendment.
