SIBLEY, Iowa — The Osceola Electric Cooperative has received a $300,000 Rural Economic Development Grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
SIBLEY, Iowa — The Osceola Electric Cooperative has received a $300,000 Rural Economic Development Grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The grant will be used by the Osceola Community Hospital to fund tele-medicine upgrades for the hospital expansion. The project will include new surgical suites, a wellness center, an expanded emergency room and a new tele-radiology department.
