Van Vugt-Kooiman

Dawn Kooiman and Tim Van Vugt were married Sept. 12 at the Worthington Christian Reformed Church, Worthington, with the Rev. LeRoy Christoffels officiating.

Parents of the couple are Alvin and Alvina Kooiman, Worthington, and Sturgis and Gail Van Vugt, Sioux Center, Iowa.

Bride’s attendants were Mindy and Doug Holesinger, Tami and Jason Koelewyn and Anne and Scott Kooiman. Personal attendants were Rachel Ronsiek, Sara Wolthuizen and Tricia DeHaan. Flower girls were Alyssa Koelewyn and Avery Reitz.

Groom’s attendants were Todd and Shanna Van Vugt, Kyle and Tricia Van Vugt and Kirby and Stacey Reitz. Ring bearers were Kyson Van Vugt and Caden Reitz.

The bride is a graduate of Dordt College, Sioux Center,. She is employed by the Department of Social Services, Sioux Falls, S.D.

The groom is a graduate of Southeast Technical Institute, Sioux Falls. He is employed as a civil engineer technician at JSA Engineering, Sioux Falls.

They live in Sioux Falls.
