Brief: Diabetes cure efforts to be discussed
JACKSON — The Jackson Lions Club will host a presentation by leaders of the Spring Point Project, a Minnesota non-profit organization involved in efforts to cure diabetes, Monday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 614 Logan Ave., Jackson.
JACKSON — The Jackson Lions Club will host a presentation by leaders of the Spring Point Project, a Minnesota non-profit organization involved in efforts to cure diabetes, Monday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 614 Logan Ave., Jackson.
The evening will begin with a chili supper fundraiser at the church at 5:30 p.m., followed by a keynote presentation at 7:30 p.m. by Henk-Jan Schuurman, chief executive officer of the Spring Point Project and a University of Minnesota Deptartment of Surgery professor.
