Brief: Stolen semi truck recovered
A rural Rock Rapids resident reported a semi tractor stolen Nov. 5.
ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa — A rural Rock Rapids resident reported a semi tractor stolen Nov. 5.
The tractor was recovered at the residence of David Loth near Cameron, Wis., on Nov. 18 by the Cameron Police Department and Barron County Sheriff’s Department.
Loth, 45, of Cameron, was taken into custody by the Barron County Sheriff’s Department and charged by the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department with theft in the first degree, a class C felony.
