Services: William Hanish

William “Bill” Hanish, 84, of Jeffers, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at his home.

Surviving are his wife, Evelyn, Jeffers; three sons, Rodney (Darlene) Hanish, Rosemount; Lee Hanish, Jeffers, and Wayne Hanish, Jeffers; one daughter, Cindy (Steve) Ryker, Jeffers; two brothers, Walter (Betty) Hanish, Sturgeon Bay, Wis., and Robert (Janyce) Hanish, New Bern, N.C.; one sister, Frieda Eichstadt, Lamberton; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. today at the United Methodist Church, Jeffers.

The service will be 10:30 a.m. today at the United Methodist Church, Jeffers, with the Rev. Clinton Firstbrook III officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Jeffers Cemetery.
