MARSHALL — The Worthington girls’ basketball team was all over the Marshall Tigers on Thursday night.
The Trojans reached triple digits and won 101-72.
Worthington took command early in the game, scoring 65 first-half points.
Marshall scored 31 in the first half.
Holli Aggen was the high scorer for the Trojans, scoring 28 points to go with seven rebounds and six steals. Kaitlin Gerber was next in line, with 22 points. Martha Alwal also scored in double figures. The sophomore center had 17 points and 10 rebounds.
Gabby Boever had nine points, eight steals, four assists and four rebounds for the Trojans.
Marshall’s high scorer was Morgan McKittrick, who had 10 points.
The Trojans forced the Tigers to turn the ball over 30 times.
Worthington (6-0, 4-0) will play next in the Albert Lea Holiday Tournament against the Murray County Central Rebels.

WESTBROOK — Audra Schmidt went over 1,000 career points Thursday, leading Westbrook-Walnut grove to a dominating victory over Mountain Lake Christian.
The Chargers were most dominant, scoring 42 points in the first half to Mountain Lake Christian’s 13.
Schmidt, a senior center, finished the game with 35 points, 12 rebounds and three blocked shots.
Kylie Erickson and Chanel Madson each had 11 points and five assists.
Katie Loewen had 16 points and six rebounds to lead Mountain Lake Christian.
W-WG (2-3, 1-2) will face Red Rock Central on Monday.
