WORTHINGTON - The opening game of the 11th Annual Daily Globe-Trojan Holiday Classic high school boys' basketball tournament featured a matchup between the Coon Rapids Cardinals and Perham.
Mankato West (5-1), which has won the last four Trojan Holiday Classic titles, will go for its fifth straight tournament championship against Coon Rapids tonight at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Coon Rapids captured a 76-39 victory over Perham — which will play Worthington in tonight’s third-place game starting at 6 p.m. — in Monday night’s first game.
