Obituary: Wilbert Olson

Wilbert Harry Olson, 83, of Wichita, formerly of Jackson, died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at Gaalachia Heart Hospital, Wichita.

Surviving are his wife, Edna Mae, Wichita; four children, Gary (Deb) Olson, Rawlins, Wyo., Don Olson, Ramah, N.M., Rick (Sheryl) Olson, Wichita, and Kathy (David) Peters, Gulf Shores, Ala.; one sister, Marilyn (Duane) Christensen, Windom; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. today at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Jackson.

The service will be 10 a.m. today at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Jackson, with the Rev. Martin Lucin officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Cemetery, Jackson.

Osterberg Funeral Home, Jackson, is in charge of arrangements.
