Lee (nine rebounds, three blocks) and Jake (eight rebounds, three assists) each scored 14 points for Windom, which trailed 25-19 at halftime.
Travis Mattson had nine points for Windom, which outrebounded PA 30-19.
Shelby Jones scored 10 points for the Arrows, while Bryce Beyers added 10 points and four rebounds.
Shandon Jones pulled down six rebounds for the Arrows, who will travel to Luverne Tuesday. Windom will host Redwood Valley Friday night.

LAMBERTON — In a close game throughout, Hills-Beaver Creek made 13 of 15 free throws in the final minutes to seal a 13-point victory.
Andrew Scholten scored 15 points to lead H-BC (12-4, 5-3), while Halden Van Wyhe added 14 points for the Patriots, who will travel to Round Lake-Brewster Tuesday.
Tyler Erickson had 17 for Red Rock Central, which had a 34-33 lead with 10:30 remaining in the game.
The Falcons (4-9, 2-6) had the deficit down to five points with three minutes remaining before the Patriots, who finished 18 of 27 from the line in the game, converted on nearly every attempt late in the game for the victory.
Aaron Furth added nine points and 14 rebounds for RRC, which hosts Ellsworth Tuesday.

TRACY — Trailing 33-29 at halftime, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton outscored Dawson-Boyd 31-20 in the second half en route to a seven-point victory.
Dominic Dolan scored 14 points and had three assists for the Panthers (12-4, 6-3), while Isaac Dolan had 10 points.
Aaron Frisvold (eight rebounds) and Brandon Kirk each scored nine points, while Josh Soupir added seven rebounds.
Andrew Roiger led D-B with 16 points, while Kruiz Lindblad (15) and Matt Anderson (14) also scored in double figures for the Blackjacks.
T-M-B will travel to MACCRAY Tuesday.

SHELDON, Iowa — The Orabs got in an early hole and couldn’t recover in a 10-point loss Friday night.
Sheldon, which trailed 17-11 after the first quarter, outscored the E’Hawks 26-24 in the fourth quarter, but couldn’t overcome the deficit.
Tony Rodge scored 17 points to lead Sheldon (11-6, 9-4), while Taylor Zeutenhorst had 14 points. Andy Dykstra added 13 for the Orabs.
For Emmetsburg, Trevor Dettman had 20 points, while Nick Wuebker added 18.
Sheldon will travel to LeMars Tuesday.
