F/MCC’s Elissa Reinsma pinned her opponent, giving the Warriors an early 6-0 lead.
After a win by PA’s John Bush at 112, Warrior Derek Platt won by fall in 3:00 to give F/MCC a 12-3 lead.
However, the Arrows weren’t going quietly.
Jadon Evans gave PA six points by fall at 125, cutting the deficit to 12-9.
After F/MCC’s Justin Reinsma won by fall at 130, Nic Weber won by a fall at 135, bringing the score to 18-15 in favor of the Warriors.
Nathan Dubblede (PA) tied the score with a win at 140, but F/MCC’s Scott Beech (145) answered with a 14-4 major decision, and Travis DeLong (152) picked up three more points, giving the Warriors a 25-18 advantage.
After a Warrior forfeit at 160, Andy Henning won a close 3-2 decision at 171, giving the Warriors a 28-24 lead and setting up a dramatic finish.
Dylar Kor’s pin at 189 gave the Arrows a 30-28 lead heading into the final two weights.
However, Travis Radke won a 4-2 decision for the Warriors at 215, giving F/MCC a 31-30 lead heading into the final weight.
F/MCC’s Chris Opdahl pinned Garritt Thomssen in 3:10 to secure the 37-30 victory.
